Saw those shoes Saturday, ON. It's weird, because they don't read well on (especially at night) and the girl had them with a body-con white and black ensemble. BARF. Ugly as shit. This style, and print has been big in Peru for a few years- I saw flats, chunky heels and wedges in Lima in 2010 in the campesino print, but in better colours.
